Return and Refund Policies

Returns:

• The buyer has to contact us the same day that the items arrived to request a return or refund.
• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• The item must be in the same condition as received. 

 

Refunds:

• The returned item will be inspected before issuing a refund
• If the item is damaged during shipment, there will be no refund. 
• You will receive a refund for each item returned. A 20% restock fee is applied.
• If any of your items arrived to you broken or damaged you will need to contact us the same day that the package arrive to be able to claim a refund.
• Pictures are needed to be sent to us. 

Shipping Cost:

• The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable.
